Supreme Court of India

Supreme Court of India advocates in New Delhi for Special Leave Petitions, civil and criminal appeals, writ petitions, review, curative and transfer petitions.

The Supreme Court of India, established under Article 124 of the Constitution and seated at Tilak Marg in New Delhi, is the final court of appeal for every court and tribunal in the country.

Its jurisdiction includes original jurisdiction (including writ petitions for the enforcement of fundamental rights under Article 32), appellate jurisdiction (including Special Leave Petitions under Article 136 and statutory appeals), advisory jurisdiction under Article 143, and the power to review its own judgments under Article 137.

The Supreme Court is the centre of the Firm's practice. Matters often reach us after proceedings before a tribunal or High Court — and where we have acted in those proceedings, we bring that knowledge of the record to the Supreme Court.
